I can’t believe it, the new school year is here already!  With school comes preparing lunches and after school snacks.  My oldest is in his second year of preschool this year so we only have to worry about the latter, but I’m sure you can relate – it is a challenge most days to come up with something new.  It’s time to change it up and give the kids something new after school!

You may remember from previous posts that my boys have never been crazy about food.  They started with strong oral aversions as they were introduced to foods and it took 2-3 years for them to work past that.  Unfortunately they still have a major lack of interest in food and would rather go play than eat.  So I’ve asked some of my blogger friends to send me their best after-school recipes to include in this post.  Some are twists on classics, some are brand new, and some are just plain ol’ fun!  We even have a snack inspired by the Minions!
